Biggest reason I switched is the sameday I walked into an ATT store. Went into the see an upgrade offer phone before I bought it off the ATT site. It took forever to get assistance. Then when the sales person saw I wasn't buying it from Him. His attitude turned & really didn't want to show me the difference in all the smart phones on the upgrade offer they sent me. Which 1st required him to look the offer up online.
Walked out into the mall I didn't want to be in anyway saw an T-mobile store. Signed a contract for a 2yrs agreement, walked into the ATT store & said asked the same guy to make sure my number was being transferred. My son was so embarrassed
