I just went to the ENT and my ears are 80% closed. Got them cleaned out and bought a pair of Hydro Seals. See them HERE.
They kind of lock in, so they don't feel like they'll fall out, and they're vented so my heartbeat doesn't sound so loud like they did with the Mack's.
