easy there are a couple van services that will get you in and out of US / TJ and load your boards for you. I did this when I went to mainland last year. I would just call a cab van - have them drop you off at the border and walk accross. The international van service is like $150 each way. They did wait for us at 2am when our plane got back in which was nice. I would pay for that service for sure but the drop off service from the states to the airport is not that great. Just get dropped off at the boarder, go through customs an you can get cabs on the other side easy. Nice to have the big van waiting for you in TJ though when you get back. we used fivestarshuttle.com for ours.
