Yes, yes, yes, and yes.

And, I do hope they crack down on flopping. AND, I so wish they would stop giving fouls to Wade's (and others) pump-fake-the-defender-into-the-air-and-then-crouch-underneath-him-so-he-falls-on-you-and-then-throw-the-ball-in-the-air. That is not really a foul; I'm sorry.

I don't know how you "leave your feet", but I get that it *is* a foul. I think that it should not be. It is akin to grabbing the defenders hand an smacking yourself in the face with it, so that you get a trip to the line.

LOL. Yeah, it's amazing how everyone fawns over him when he hits the occasional 3 pointer. And the only way he can D-Up anymore is to jump in front of his man and hope for a charge. Gritty!

That look Fish dropped was awesome! Perfect.

rice, I don't think OKC picked up Fish for his on court game as much as veteran leadership for a very, very young team.

1st, i dreamt kaukau's thread last night, the worst part was waking up.

now, that's out of the way. here are my general thoughts on the game yesterday.

1. you can't have you pg score all the points and not run set plays for others. 5 assists. only 5?! okc barely had 13 the entire game. lbj had 13 assists by himself. westbrook's bonehead foul and then fancy dribble off his foot sealed it.

2. where was james harden? 2-10, eight points, 1 three pointer. i thought he was tentative and should have taken it in. also thought he pulled a stupid pissy foul on lbj at the end.

The foul, the dribble off the foot, the "chocking when you have an open shot so you pass"-ing... I blame a lot of it on youth. So, I haven't followed them much, how many of them are returning next year? If they keep this team, this could be one hell of a learning experience for a very young team. They could use this as motivation and maturity to build on for next year.

Of course. But wouldn't it be better for OKC to get him out of his uniform and into a suit and off the court and on to the bench. I like the idea of Dfish with a clipboard in hand, dropping some science in the huddle during a time out.

He is going to make an incredible coach. One of the better one's who will have transisitoned from player to coach. I bet playing for Phil for all those years must have been incredible for a player as smart as Fish. Not just the plays, but learning the ability to lead, inspire, and coach a team in such a dynamic manner.

imho: not very high level "team" basketball in this series, but really high level athleticism.

okc is playing on their heels with gremlins in their heads. not at all like the team they once were.

lebron's become completely unmanageable and dare i say a bit slateresque in just how far below him the #2 best player in the world is.

gws, you catch that beard-brush-by megaFLOP hardon performed?
