It is too bad that Dane is an alcoholic. His 'personal' reasons for missing all the CT' events are pretty plain to see: he would rather be drinking. His surfing is getting in the way of his drinking.
He is not going to be around much more than about 2-3 years, then he will be 'retired' from surfing. But...he will finally be 'World Champion'...of drinking.

It seems like since he quit tour, he's been putting out less quality and quantity stuff. That clip was good though, maybe we just got to wait for winter.

Yes, insane, I saw a lot of that live and it just isn't quite the same in 2d and without the context of the other pro surfers that just look silly in comparison, no offense to any of them.
