Meh, photoshop. Everybody knows that place doesn't exist. In pic 12 you can see it was molded on plastic, worked on 3D, then photoshop.

fact: first time I ever watched "To: Day of Days" I smoked a phat little nugget, popped it in, and was shaking from so much nerves/adrenaline by the time the final section came on. It was full on MENTAL!
