Vespa, i have a Brom and yes the fins and their cant and toe are different than most keel fishes, but you can bet they work!

They're coming to take your women!
Invasion! From Planet C is a full length surfing movie with a science fiction plot. Shot in New Zealand, Costa Rica, Australia and California, it stars Mike Black as Gnar Gnar and Matteo Plummer as Cassanova. The movie is directed by David M Potter and marks Mike and David's third feature film collaboration.
The movie will be premiering in the US, Spring of 2007. The DVD and T-shirts will be available at screenings, from surf stores and at invasionfromplanetc.com. The DVD will contain extras (insane stuff we couldn't put in the movie), surfing only, and a director/producer commentary.
Music for the movie was done by Dark Dark Mask, Defenders of the Universe, Loafer, SSNNDDRR, Nick Stilleti, Christopher Jones and The White Buffalo. Ben Barnick and Colin Garret helped film surfing. The DVD cover art was painted by Brin Sparhawk Levinson. Thank you friends for your contributions.
The website will be updated with photos, stoke generators and movie screening dates. So far we are lining up screenings in San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Huntington Beach, Houston, Corpus Christi, Galveston, North Carolina and Florida. If you have a good surf theater in your area send us an email.

I picked it up last week and I can't stop watching it. It is so bad that it may be the best movie ever made. I swear it gets funnier the more you watch it. Well worth the 20 bucks.

Great storyline, cool setting and good idea. Home movies rule.
But, false advertisement kind of. I mean, I go into the movie thinking there will be a lot of different boards or at least fish surfing. The ads and the dvd cover have two cave aliens carrying sweet twin keel fishes. There is only once scene with fish surfing. I was jonesing on those fun waves that were perfect for some ripping fish surfing. Funny shit though. Blast it or fishploitation?
