There's pain and then there's discomfort. Surfing can be painful, yes, (reef meets back, fins meet head, etc., etc.) but more often than not its downside is just, well, sort of irritating. Which of these surf-associated unpleasantries is your least favorite?

Rashes: Whether it's a chaffed neck, nipple, or nut sack, they all suck.
Wet wetsuits: Just imagine the feel of cold, wet rubber in the morning. Brrr.
Third-World stomach issues: Funny when it's your friend. Not funny when it's you.
Sunburn: Embarrassing and irritating. Isn't the sun great!
Cold water: What? You don't like uncontrolled shivering, cramps, and ice cream headaches?
Stinky booties: It doesn't take a degree in olafactometry to figure out that mixing foot odor with piss is a rotten combination.
Oh, just admit it. Sand is a pain in the ass.

Nothing worse than sitting on a third world excuse for a toilet suffering excruciating stomach cramps, trying to cope with simultaneous vomitting and diareah, not having any toilet paper and asking yourself why on earth you came. Of course, you know why when you recover and the waves are pumping over the reef, but it doesn't help at the moment.

I don't know why the dreaded wetsuit penis smash was not included  very fcking painful. Always tell myself i'm going to buy a grape smuggler to wear under the thing but never get around to it.
