I'm 100% fine.
Had a mild headache for a day and a slightly sore shoulder for a couple of days. That's it.
I got it because I usually get the seasonal flu vaccine and I have mild sports-related asthma and a history of lung infections.
H1N1 is not lethal, but it weakens your immune system, opening the door for another infection to enter the body on its tail. It's those other infections that usually kill you, ie: Pneumonia.
Since we've never been exposed to H1N1 (if you're under the age of 50 or 60) we're more likely to get sick from it because we have no natural immunity.
60 Minutes did a good report on it on Oct. 18 I think... thy profiled a kid who was hospitalized after getting the swine flu, but was so sick because he also got a staph infection at the same time.
The vaccine itself isn't going to hurt you (like I've been hearing).
Make up your own mind about it. I called the CDC and asked, and the lady I spoke to said, if you normally get the seasonal flu shot, you should probably get this one too. If you don't, as long as you have NO underlying conditions, you make the call. If you're 100% healthy, you may not need it as much as others who have other health issues.
All it took was a phone call. Easy.

And he got the infection at the hospital.
