This game was very well planned - it ends just as the Fiji Pro begins. Christiano is dancing some hot salsa against the Germans, unfortunately his teammates can't step up and synchronize.

Tony's Darts Away is a bar with a damn fine beer list. I'll most likely be for this safety course.

Agreed...both teams had some excellent opportunities but came up short. Tomorrow should be a great game between Germany & Italy and I'm also hoping for a Germany vs. Spain final. I'm sure Germany is seeking revenge for losing to Spain in the 2010 World Cup semifinal.

Not to mention, losing to Spain in the 2008 Euro final! Some firends and I were watching that one with a goup of German girls in a bar in Hossegor for that one... the girls went from sure thing to no chance in the course of those 90 minutes... I also want revenge on Spain for that

I'm going to have to disagree boys. There was very little fluidity and a lot of poor tackles....something like 9+ yellow cards, and several that were let go. Neither team moved the length of the field with any purpose....both seemed to be playing not to lose rather than going for the win.

It seemed that Portugal thought that one-on-four up front was the way to win the game. No offensive movement, just waiting for a singular, spectacular individual play that didn't come.

Spain was just as bad, no offense. In extra time they changed gears and it was better, but if they had played that way in the first 90 minutes, it wouldn't have gone to extra time.

The correct team won, regardless. Germany should destroy Italy today.

I was actually rooting for Germany, but Italy had what it took today. You and lorcal sure have issues. Stay classy.

As to what made it a great game...controlled possessions on both sides of the ball, precision passing, limited fouls, great goalkeeping, and a couple of nice goals.

yep, that was awesome... Italy killed it... not an easy feat against a team like Germany.... The final should be interesting. The Italians look hungry and the Spanish look complacent, I can't wait to see it go down

well, actually I knew isn't a nice word, but I mistakenly thought that because of the contest and because I am from the same country (and obviously not meaning anything negative) there was no risk of misinterpretation. My fault. I apologize if I offended anyone. Thanks god having had a black gf for 6 months should prove I am not racist at all...
