hello Erbb, this is a video i finished yesterday. it's on my good friend Warren Smith. This may be my most abstract, quirky, and awkwardly-tempoed film yet, but hopefully you will enjoy it. Warren is a talented surfer from Panama City, Florida. Gulf coast, represent.

Lovely photography, and enigmatic sound. I love that wide open, zero depth-of-field, interior lens-in-face. The messy cuts, artful sonic cracks and pops—black and white never felt so delicious. And he handled your silly, pretentious questions with aplomb. I also like how you weight things in favor of his tea drinking over his combustible surfing, as an almost throw away/afterthought. A beautiful short.
