Have to agree with this..... Not to mention, the oldest trick in the book is to smash the guys leg with the door as he steps out. Rookie move to jump out with 3 guys. As far as BJJ, that wouldn't help that guy here either, if royce gracie himself takes that guy down he still gets kicked in the head by the knucklehead buddies. Taking a guy down to the ground works great 1 on 1, not so smart with 3 on 1.....And never throw the same front kick twice in a row......too easy to catch the second time. Throw it to hurt not to warn.....if he kicks the poop out of him with that first kick the other guys are a little more concerned. Gotta say, Nice try buy the black dude but next time just stay in the car and shoot the 3 punks from the comfort of an air conditioned car.

I wrestled 3 guys at once, with clothes on. 2 of them out weighed me. We were in a dorm room freshman year, and everyone started talking tough, as 18-19 year old guys do. And I told them I could take the 3 of them at once (no, not sexually FRVCVS). We went outside and I pinned the smaller guy and one of the bigger guys, at the same time. I had the other by collar of his shirt, which ripped off, and we called it a draw.

This whole thing reminded me of a coworker who tried to be a good samaritan when he witnessed a purse snatching. The thief rode by on a bike and snatched a woman's purse, and my coworker was watching this go down on his way to his car so he tried to tackle the guy on the bike. The thief stuck his leg into my coworker right before he could tackle him. My coworker fell hard wrecking his knee and shoulder (needed surgery), and the thief rode off. I told my buddy he should have been ready for that one; guess he never played "bike warrior" as a kid.

Whats funny is I heard about this on the radio that the 3 thugs were wanted and they had a license plate. But to be fair the "old" guy agreed to fight baldy and squared off with them. Shouldn't he be charged too? Or is there some kind of mercy rule for the loser in a fight?

The charges will come from kicking him in the head while he was unconscious. Absent that, it would probably be deemed "mutual combat" with minimal or no charges, despite the second the guy coming in there. But kicking someone repeatedly in the head when he is unconscious is a felony. And I'll bet those guys have priors.

Jerry Patterson, the Palmdale man who was thrown to the ground and kicked in the head during a freeway fight recently captured on video, has been arrested on an outstanding warrant stemming from an earlier roadside confrontation, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Patterson's arrest on Thursday stems from an outstanding warrant from an earlier incident, according to the CHP.
Following a hit-and-run collision May 25 at Corona Avenue and the Toledo in Long Beach, witness James Poole said he followed Patterson to the 200 block of La Verne.
Patterson pulled over and the two began arguing, said Poole of Belmont Shore.
"I wouldn't let him get back in his car. First I demanded his driver license number and a lot of people started seeing us yelling and screaming at each other. I was looking at his driver license when he hit me," Poole said.
Poole said he walked away from the altercation with two black eyes.
"The three things I do recall he said during our discussion was the fact that he saved millions of Americans' live, he's on a mission with the FBI, and to let him go," Poole said.
Patterson was booked on suspicion of DUI, hit and run and battery, according to the full police report.
Poole told NBC4 he went to court on June 5 expecting to see Patterson, but he didn't show, which led to a warrant for failing to appear in court.
