They hardly ever stop me. Guess my bald head and white guy appearance helps. My supervisor is Mexican and she gets pulled over all the time, sent to secondary about once per month.

Its fuckingbullshit
When driving to Trestles early in the morning (especially in summer when I am darker) I always get a stare down. Not as much now since I have a nicer car but when I had my Tacoma I always got a stare down
It also shows the racist conservatardery of Orange County since the checkpoint is near the NORTHERN border of San Diego Country rather than close to the Mexican border
An absolute waste of our tax dollars and a waste of my time since it invariably creates a long freeway backup

The one on highway 8 has the annual amount of arrests/seizures etc. posted on a sign. I am curious to see how many folks they actually catch. Sure can be a buzzkill that's for sure. Just passed through there this morning.

The only time I ever got stopped there I was riding with Les and CENSORED.
They were worried about skin tone when they should have been looking for other things.
I'm going to take credit for talking us through that one.
