Had an MRI this morning. I could take the constant numbness in my left arm, thumb and 2 of my fingers. Looks like a Anterior sublux causing spinal stenosis. My wife is a neuro ICU nurse who works Dr. Fredrick Marciano going to have him assess and advise.
She seems to think I'll have to go under the knife. Going to make an appointment and will advise. However you did mention on another thread you don't advise surgery???? Ever heard of Marciano?

I don't know Marciano. Impingement is not good, but that doesn't necessarily indicate the need for surgery. Get a full evaluation and a run down on the statistics of the types of interventions. A lot of people simply have relief from the pain over time. I did.

Not the same part of the back as you, but I had surgery on L4/L5 and L5/S1, have screws and rods now. It took me about 3 months to get back in the water.

How is your posture?
Fix that and faulty motor patterns first.
See if the pain and numbness doesn't go away.
