I'll try not to hyjack the thread but that Board is a Virgo and my friends boards. It came out UNREAL.
Its an simi-retro-ish-simi 6'8" 14" x 19 3/4" x 13" slight beak nose 6 channel.
(I think he took some pics and will post some if he did).

This is a Marlin Bacon 5 fin. The siderunners are made out of paulownia. Gary Hanel has used the cutaway siderunner template in the past on his 5 fins as well.
As far Malcolm approved, he did see the board and said, "Marlin has always been a great tinkerer."
The center fin is an old Bonzer fin I found in the shop. John Cherry did his retrofit thing with it with balsa. Dan Malloy liked it so much he bought it. So right now, the orange Marlin 5 fin doesn't have a center fin.
