........that keeps crapping in front of the door to the public men's room near the Oceanside Pier?  I heard it's an anti-social guy who posts here all the time.  This kind of behavior is worse than trying to spear groms. 
Who could it be?

I have been doing that at wisconsin ave bathrooms but cant claim the pier.

Probably because the door is locked at night.
Nothing worse than desperately having to drop a deuce, seeing a public bathroom... and finding it locked up for the night.
Yeah, that's worth a bucketload dropped in front. 
I would also add that being in SD County and complaining about ghetto derelict behavior is like going to an NBA game and complaining about too many black people on the court.
