I'm 5'9" 215 (yes a little chunky) an I ride a 7'0 x 21 1/4 x 2 3/4 EPS. I have ridden it anywhere from knee high to single overhead. It's very versatile and it rides smooth. Turns when I want it too and drives like crazy. It's a five fin and I have ridden both ways. Futures SA4 quads and the pancho sullivans as a Thruster. Overall the board handles everything I have put in front of it. I could have gone smaller but Im lazy and I like big boards. I am very happy with the big cat also I got a great deal on it.

Older guy at my break rips one pretty good. Paddles like hell and can be annoying at times
Would love to see him surf a smaller board though to see what kind of turns he could do.
Swears by his board though.

it works! it's easy to use! so that you don't have to get "big guy" tris. I'm down 25lbs in 45 days.
