Please Help I.D. this Board

Hey everyone:

I need a little help identifying a Rusty short board that my girlfriend has owned since 2005. I have attached the pictures of the board below. Also, it was Shaped by Rusty himself, for Dave W. in December of 2004. The dims on the stinger read as follows:

DSD DW 65 NN the rest is numbers and decimals that I believed were used for the CAD machine as I understand that's what DSD stands for on Rusty boards. It's 6'5 x 19.5" by 2".

From the pictures you can tell it's a thruster with the Red X fin system (the screws to hold the fins go all the way through the deck).

It has bit of rocker in the tail and a lot in the nose. Looks like a double concave as well.

I am trying to ID this board cause it works so well for me in the bigger stuff. As it is my GF's, I don't want to keep bringing it out on big days as more and more dings are gonna happen and this board has a lot of sentimental value to her. I realize I can bring it to a shaper and get a mock done, but I recently relocated and haven't found a shaper I trust yet.
