The girl on the cover is some no-name Roxy girl. I believe she was only identified by first name in the credits. Yes, the two girls on the cover (it was a fold-out) were identified as "surfer girls Christiana and Lila."

I don't know, I thought it was kinda cool in a retro way. Perhaps it's just a one-time deal.
