1- origins; south orange county, California. usually describes a person in skateboarding, surfing and sometimes snowboarding, who, through industry connections receives free or hugely discounted gear and clothing.
Looking at my situation:
I throw monthly dance parties and get semi-sponsorship from Skullcandy. Thus, I rock several pair of their headphones, as well as their wallets, bandanas, etc. I also got a free surfboard from a friend who works for Santa Cruz - woohoo! Wingnut even mentioned he might be able to score me a longboard when I met and surfed with him. I'm always trying to get free shwag from these two companies, mostly for my events.

So... hey. What's up man? So, you are either an elaborate troll who took the time to create a nice past, you are of the unknowing, or you are playing with us.
So you are in China now, eh? Cool. Where on the East Coast are you from? Where is your homebreak? What kind of board do you surf? What shape/shaper? Oh, and for the masses..."Show us your titts."
Your intro was a little attention whoreish, just so you know. But I think you knew that already. You are after all, very familiar with blogs and forums. When I first read your post, I figured ESL, you know, with he whole China angle. But that's not it. You're American. So what's up?

- yes i am in china. 8 years. - from the eastern shore of virginia, an hour from va beach. - my homebreak is xichong/dongchong, here in shenzhen. - i ride a 6' santa cruz pumpkin seed. sometimes borrow long boards, really want to get one soon, have a blast on em. - my first board was a 6'10" shaped by a local factory here (stupid choice of shape) the locals ride and love it now, which is nice. - trying to figure out what a bro-brah is exactly

Amen to that. Spent $25 on a pair of headphones and one side crapped out after a month. Sent them back under the full warranty ... that was a year ago.

I agree, SC don't make the best headphones out there, but they are very supportive of our musical cause here in China and it's always nice to give away prizes at our events.
