6'3" Bulkley quad
      #2333146 - 06/22/12 01:27 PM

Just got this done and surfed it this morning and it went really well. 19 and 5/16ths X 2 and 9/16ths. It's a bit straighter outline which goes good for me. I like fast boards that turn well. Not always the easiest thing to find. I think it's got a little more relaxed rocker as well..but Brian will have to probably chime in with more details. But really excited to have a good shorty for summer point and beachbreak stuff. Felt drivey but loose at the same time. The waves were kind of soft in the chest to shoulder range but a couple were lining up so I ran out there. It paddled really well which is always first thing I look for. If I can't catch waves easily on a board..it usually won't be spending much time in the car.

Dropped in good and got going pretty fast right off the bat. When I finally got a chance to do a turn it came around nicely without losing much speed. The second thing I really look for. Got a couple of lefts and it took off pumping on those too. Can't wait to get it into some decent waves. Next south might have to hit upper strestles for a few speed runs. Fins are Bamboos..Aerocor template up front and a 4.25" custom template with 80/20 foils in the back. No glitchiness and everything just seemed to flow. Stocked!

Thanks Brian!

Was wondering how that was going to ride. It looked so right (if that's the one you had at AB3).
