I was walking out in some rocks, slipped, and foot free feel a bit but in the process I think I many have a small fracture at the tip of the Navicular bone. Maybe a small shard. This was in March and it still hurts when I surf. I never realized how much I use the inside of my foot when I bottom turn/reentry.
Could it just be a nerve that's aggravated. It feels like its still in one piece.
It is big like a surfer knobby that bone but always has been.
Is there anything that can be done to it. Hurts every time I surf but not excruciating. I did take three weeks off to no avail.
Thanks.

Almost no way to tell via the internet. 4 months of discomfort? Time to see the podiatrist I'd say.
Wish I could tell you more.
