Slight screw marks on bases vs not even a mark on the bases from not being installed. The ones that were installed are almost brand new but they have the tell tale signs of being screwed in once before, hence installed but unused (unridden). Hopefully that clears it up for you.

I bought the PG-5 and GAM fins, they arrived today, well packed and they really are in great condition. You can see the fin screw marks but other than that they're like new.

there are some scuffs and light scratches. foil in completely intact and the integrity of the materials is not comprimised. in short, good condition not great. used and perfectly ride-able fins for way cheaper than new. PM me if you're still interested.
