actually i'm a ref for highschool soccer games. I've reffed over 1000 games in my career including last years CIF Final.
Personally i do not see how that was a foul in any way because Henry had the chance to keep going but decided tofake the fall. So yeah, I AM a REF.

I bet you screwed quite a few calls if you think that wasn't a foul on henry. Don't get me wrong I personally don't like the french except for maybe zidane, but that was a foul in my opinion. Take a look at the replay and will clearly see the defender did kick him and did not hit the ball at all. He did interfere with henry in the box and thats a foul and a penalty.
