I think beating up girls is more than a "shit moment". It's who you are, not just something you do.
He denies everything and says that he's the one who should be pressing charges. Why was he the only one who got arrested?
I haven't seen him beating a girl, so till the day someone prove he's guilty i wont believe it, specialy since on this same forum i read several times that Andy was quiting tour because he was going to "rehab cause his cocaine adiction"...
