Okay.
really? you are trying to make some sarcastic joke about someone dying from pancreatic cancer? you are a fvcking POS
No, not making a joke, just don't have much thought about him one way or another. All in all, I thought he was a pretty crappy actor and think most of his movies were crap. Am I supposed to get all emotional because a celebrity died? I was slightly bummed about Jim Carroll dying at an early age, since I really enjoyed his Caltholic Boy album. But Swayze? My life was not richer because of his existence. Yes, dying of cancer sucks, wouldn't wish it on anyone, but people die of it every day, every hour. Why not pull up the obits in any paper and mourn the loss of those people that you didn't know. Do you feel bad for every death you hear about in the news?
So what's the statute of limitations on Swayze jokes? MJ was like, before they even confirmed it. It's okay to crack jokes about a close family member or close friend or a celebrity or politician or Darwin award winner but that's about it IMO. Everyone else is off limits.
you can hate on his acting all you want.... but the dude lived fairly low-pro.... and his charity work (even pre-cancer) makes most people look pathetic. he was a very genuine person in a world of leeches.
