wynn was running the stock h-2 quad set...i don't remember seeing "large" or "small" on the fins where the fcs logo is printed, so i don't know what size the fins were. i want to say that the h-2 quad set is medium fins all around. i'm assuming you had the larges as your lead fins when you tried them w/ the small rears? the larges would prob. be best w/ the g-xq rear fins.
i'm also really curious about the tc-aqualine set...i've got a board coming soon that's got really thick rails (a small wave board)...i generally like smaller fins for the rears of quads. i had one last summer that i rode w/ 50/50 foiled g-x trailers...no bueno. i'm thinking the 70/30 aqualine trailers would work better. not sure tho, & don't want to drop $100 on a set of fins i won't like...wouldn't have a problem getting the h-2 quad set, b/c i know i liked them in the board the i rode at ab3 (which had fairly full rails).
-------------------- it's surf-related b/c i surf!
