Yo nkpheous,
Generally speaking Twinzer main fins run at about 5.125" to 5.5". Lead fins run at 3.0" to 3.5" Vince Broglio here in Santa Cruz. Rides 5 3/8" main fins on his 6'3" x 18 3/4" x 2.6" daily driver with lead fins at about 3 1/4". He runs Futures, but there's no reason you can run FCS Fusion. Frankly I think the Fusion system is better except for the fact that the pre-set cant in the boxes is either 0,5, or 9 degrees so the boxes or fin tabs have to be tweeked to get things right. Twinzers will work best with the main fins at 2 degrees and the trailers between 4 and 10 degrees depending on how much bite or release you want.
I don't know what FCS has available but I know you can get what you want from Future, Rainbow or me.
Talk to you shaper and take his advice.
Aloha, Rich
