Heel Pain...
      02/17/12 09:20 PM

...been very sore and tender in the bottom of my left heel for about 3 weeks now and not even sure how I initially hurt it!? Surfed about a week ago and stood up on a sandbar in the shallows with rocks scattered around and one jammed into that same foot which didn't help. It is more of an annoyance...if sitting, when I first stand up could hardly put weight on it. Will walk very tenderly for 100 yards or so at first, but then it seems to "warm up" more after that. I'm thinking it is probably a strain, deep bruise, or sprain? Anybody have similar type heel pain?
