they make exceptionally dialed in boards that are consistent and work well. the flyer is still one of the best boards I've ever ridden. consistent and just plain flat out works. one thing I noticed is that their rockers are dialed.
I think tom curren said this a while back: "al merrick + kelly slater = you lose"
no hate on the boards, I just don't like how they take other peoples shapes and influences, do not give credit, and then make up some weird backstory about how the board came about. super marketing 101 I guess.
good boards though imho.
