Talk to your shaper. But I will add this - every shaper has a different rail/thickness profile. I don't really obsess over numbers anymore, I might show them boards I like or give general dimensions but let them dial it in. My boards have been working great since I started doing this and I don't worry about #'s. It sounds like this is applicable here as you were talking about different shapers and it doesn't sound like you've gotten a ton of boards from this particular one.
