You'd be sitting there and look down in the water and the
little bastard would be two feet underneath you right next
to your foot, or you'd be paddling back out after a wave
and it would come up underneath you and brush your legs.
I remember one morning sitting out waiting for a set and it
came up and grabbed this guy's foot who was sitting out next
to me. The guy screamed like a little girl, thought he was
going to have a heart attack! He was out of the water and
gone so fast it was amazing.
Had an incident like that back in the day. My buddy and I were surfing the Sloughs in IB. The seal was just a little guy playing around. We thought it was pretty cool
