easy 5 or 6 day trip. We drove to Vegas after work on a Thursday, stayed and gambled, had a few drinks. Woke up at 7am the next day and drove the 2.5 hours to Zion's northwestern entrance (Kolob Canyon, I think). Hiked down, spent 2 nights, hiked out. Drove straight home to SD (autopilot on I-15).
