With rare and specific exemptions, I won't poop in public areas. This has caused me to sometimes have to hold it for upwards of 8-10 hours. But that's more holding it "in" rather than "down," I suppose. Unless you count that as suppressing the poo, at which point it could be scored a hold down in purely technical terms.
